  • How soon after purchase will I receive my software?
  • Upon receipt of your order, we will send an order confirmation email. If you have already paid you will receive separate emails. The first email will contain your Order dispatch and the second email will contain a download link for your products, as well as the licence keys you’ve purchased.   • Order confirmation is immediate.
  • Codes and are dispatch within some time of your payment.
  • Fulfilment of your order and allocation of the products will be done within few  hours of your payment.

  • Generally, shipments are in transit for 1 business day (Monday to Sunday).
  • Order cut off time will be 10:00 PM BST 
  • Order handling time is 0 – 1 business day (Monday to Sunday ).

  • We use the Digital delivery method  to deliver the product.
  • E. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
  • We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at

  • F. CANCELLATIONS

  • If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are unable to accept cancellations at any time after 24 hours after you have placed an order

  • G. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

  • If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

  • Electronics / Physical items

  • We use DPD’s Priority service for deliveries for Physical item . For digital items and software sent over the email provide on the order securely 
  • Our order cut-off time for Next Day delivery is 6pm. Orders placed after this time will be despatched the following day.
  • All orders must be signed for upon delivery.
  • Not going to be in? No problem! Use DPD’s ‘Pickup’ service at checkout and have your order delivered to your local store for collection at a time that’s convenient for you.
